Patient’s provider prescribes a pathway, configured to the health system’s protocol, from within their EHR or directly within vCareCommand, enrolling the patient in the system and triggering welcome message with login credentials to be sent to the patient. For pathways that require device kits to be deployed to the patient for capture of biometrics, notification is also provided to fulfillment team to get the appropriate kit sent to the patient.
